What do we do in a session?
I start by asking my client what their goals are and then we work together to find the blockages stopping them from achieving them. Tapping lets you send your thinking mind on holiday, while you concentrate on feelings and emotions held in the body. Then, memories and events that can be the root of an issue are able to pop into your mind so that they can be acknowledged and cleared.
Tapping can look and feel very strange when you are new to it. We work in tandem, client and practitioner, gently tapping on certain points on our own face and upper body with our fingertips while the client shares what is going on for them in that moment. Using gentle EFT approaches, sessions can also be done without needing to reveal any personal details about an issue.


About Me
I first came across EFT over a decade ago when I was looking for a self-help tool to reduce stress. I later worked with an EFT practitioner to help me deal with some mindset challenges I was facing when I started to work as a coach. I realised how helpful it was to combine EFT with coaching and trained to be an EFT practitioner myself with EFT International during the Covid pandemic.
